The Billywig Puppet wand is a 13.25 inch Douglas Fir design made with paper, wire, modpodge, various acrylic and metallic paints. His little upcycled glass vase wandstand has been filled with tiny blue coloured rocks, embellished with various scrapbook trinkets, jewelry bits and ribbons. The vase stands 7 inches tall.
